About Aesthetic Dental Laboratory

Aesthetic Dental Laboratory is a family owned business providing both aesthetic and functional fixed restorations in Colorado Springs, Co for over ten years. We are a Certified IPS Empress, IPS e.max laboratory and a Certified Cerec inLab milling laboratory.

We use only the highest quality FDA approved dental materials that include Vident and Ivoclar products for layering/pressing to YZ restorations, e.max cad/empress cad materials for milled full contoured and layered restorations, and finally Empress Esthetic for anterior restorations utilizing layered materials for customized incisal shading. Other services include custom implant abutments to support both simple and comprehensive implant restorations fabricated on soft tissue models. We also provide traditional Porcelain Fused to Metal and Full Metal restoration.

Charles O’Hara’s experience spans 30 years in both military and civilian arenas. He has college awarded degrees in both Dental Materials/ Military Science and Instructor of Dental Laboratory Tecimology with Master Instructor credentialing. In addition, he maintains credentialing as a Certified Dental Technician through the National Board of Certification. Charles has acquired in-depth training utilizing both Vident and Ivoclar materials and has acquired training in FACE and PKT for balanced occlusal schemes.

Eric O’Hara performs administrative duties and is our computer aided design and milling (Cad/Cam) specialist who has had advanced training with Cerec’s InLab Milling Systems. Currently fabricating Full Contoured milled restorations to include shading and glazing plus design and mill of YZ substructures for layering or press to methods.

Sean O’Hara is also our Model and Die technician fabricating both Monotrac and traditional Pindex models. He articulates multi unit complex cases utilizing facebow transfer assemblies on semi adjustable articulators.
